Cake with almonds and pears

necessary Ingredients
for the latter must
powdered sugar - 1 cup
oil - 180 g
eggs - 4.
flour - 100 g
baking powder - 1 tsp
nuts - 100g ground almonds
pears - 5. ripe

cream - 250ml high oil
powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
lemon juice - 1-2 tbsp
eggs - 1. protein

Preparation of cake with almonds and pears
Separate the yolks from egg whites of the 4 eggs. In a deep bowl, beat butter with sugar until white. Under continuous stirring, add the egg yolk, one by one.

Gradually add flour, which are carried away with the baking powder and ground almond nuts. Last added proteins broken snow and confuse gently with a wooden spoon.
