Cake Stephanie


necessary Ingredients
sugar - 250 g
eggs - 8.
flour - '20
almonds - 160 g ground
cocoa - 1 tsp
breadcrumbs - '50
vanilla

Preparation of Cake Stephanie
Beat egg yolks with sugar good. Add the flour, almonds, cocoa, vanilla, whipped snow and breadcrumbs.

Divide the mixture into equal shapes and bake wafer books. Once cool, each was cut into two parts, which are assembled with the cream of choice.

Pour the entire cake in chocolate icing.
