Muffins with pumpkin


Preparation time: 30 minutes

24-muffin

products:
1 cup cooked and pureed pumpkin
3 and 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 and 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup soft butter or margarine
4ch.l. baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
Method of preparation:

Butter (margarine) is well shaken with a charter, until fluffy.

Add the eggs mixed with pumpkin puree.

Flour mixed with spices and suspended in milk. Add the pumpkin mixture. Products knead gently and pour mixture into greased cups, which were placed paper shapes.

Bake for 20-25 minutes in a warm oven to 200 degrees.
