Flowers with walnut stuffing
products:
300 ml milk
2 pcs. eggs
4 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp oil
2 pcs. vanilla
1 k. l salt
'25 (1 cube) fresh yeast
1 kg flour
4 tbsp sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts wholesale
1/2 pc. protein
2 tbsp cocoa
5 pcs. walnuts
1 pc. yolk
preparation:
• dissolve yeast in milk.
• sifted flour and along with other products Knead a soft dough.
• We leave it to rest for 15-20 minutes in a warm place.
• Meanwhile, prepare the filling by mixing all products.
• Make 12 balls.
• Roll each ball in a circle with 0.5 cm thickness.
• In the middle put in 1 tablespoon of the filling and close the ball.
• Roll out gently and put on a tray covered with paper.
