Cake "Caprese"

products:
150 g almonds
125 g (pack) butter
3 eggs
100 g of sugar
150g dark chocolate
1 tsp baking powder
powdered sugar for sprinkling
pinch of salt
Method of preparation:

1. Allow the oil at room temperature.

2. In a blender grind the almonds with 1/2 of the sugar. Add baking powder, stir and transfer to a suitable container.

3. Beat the soft butter with the remaining sugar cream and add to ground almonds.

4. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt on snow.

5. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and add it to the oil-almond mixture, egg yolks and mix well.

6. Finally, pour the mixture into beaten whites, confusing the two blend well.

7. Then transfer the dough in a buttered and covered with baking paper form.

8. Bake about 40 minutes at 180 degrees, leave the cake to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
