Quick scoured cakes with chocolate

Products:

     250 g of cottage cheese
     6 tbsp oil
     6 tbsp milk
     300 g flour
     1 packet (10 g) baking powder
     1 packet (10 g) vanilla sugar
     125 g of sugar


pinch of salt
100 g of chocolate, pieces of broken
1 egg
  
Preparation:

• All products without egg mix in a bowl to form a dough.
• a hand forming roll (sausage), which was cut into uniform pieces.
• Each piece is formed of bread.

• The oven was heated to 175 C.
