Pancakes with strawberry syrup
Superb dessert
5 portions
Products:
For the pancakes:
3 eggs
3 egg yolks
180ml water
250ml milk
1/2ch.lazh. salt
230g flour
100g melted butter
For the strawberry syrup:
300g sliced strawberries
3 tbsp. lie to. sugar
1 tbsp. lie to. lime juice
fresh strawberries for decoration
Method of preparation:
In a medium bowl, beat well the first 4 products.
Add flour and salt to get a smooth mixture.
Add the butter. Pancake batter should be thick enough that it covers the back side of a metal spoon. If the mixture is too thick, add a little milk.
Cover the mixture and allow it to cool for 1 hour.
In a medium bowl, combine strawberries, sugar and lemon juice.
Leave strawberry mixture to stand for 10 min at room temperature.
Stir the fruit mixture until you have a syrup.
Grease a 20 cm-ov pan for pancakes with a tissue soaked in oil.
Heat the pan on medium heat.
Lift the pan from the heat and cover the bottom with Pancake mix.
Spread the mixture evenly over the entire bottom.
Return the pan to the fire. Allow the mixture to fry 30 seconds, while the center forms a crust.
Using a plastic or wooden spatula, turn the pancake and then fry the other side for 10 seconds.
Remove it from the pan and place it on a flat surface. Keep warm in January.
Greased pan again with a napkin. Repeat procedure for the remaining part.
Fold each crepe so that you get the triangle.
Pour over pancakes with strawberry syrup while still warm.
Decorate them with whole strawberries and serve.
