  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 packets of vanilla
  • 2 cup flour
  • 8-9 pieces prunes
Method of preparation:

  1. Beat eggs with sugar and add oil, yogurt and vanilla.
  2. Mix the baking powder with the flour and pour the first mixture.
  3. Stir well to get the cake batter.
  4. Cut plums into thin slices.
  5. In muffin trays pour the dough and arrange the slices on top plum in the form of roses and so on until all the fill shapes.
  6. Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven about 40 minutes, checking the readiness with a dry stick
