Muffins with prunes |
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 packets of vanilla
- 2 cup flour
- 8-9 pieces prunes
Method of preparation:
- Beat eggs with sugar and add oil, yogurt and vanilla.
- Mix the baking powder with the flour and pour the first mixture.
- Stir well to get the cake batter.
- Cut plums into thin slices.
- In muffin trays pour the dough and arrange the slices on top plum in the form of roses and so on until all the fill shapes.
- Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven about 40 minutes, checking the readiness with a dry stick
