Cherries pie
Products:
- 1 and 1/2 cups sugar
- 160 g butter
- 500g cherries
- 3/4 cup yogurt
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1 vanilla
- 1 baking powder
Method of preparation:
- Oil well shaken with sugar.
- Add one egg at a time, such as beating continued.
- Little by little, put the flour mixed with baking powder and vanilla, then yogurt.
- The resulting mixture was poured into a greased and scatter of flour pan.
- Cover with cherry, previously cleaned from stones and Oval in flour.
- Bake in moderate oven, not the fruit fall to the bottom.
