Cherries pie

Products:

  • 1 and 1/2 cups sugar
  • 160 g butter
  • 500g cherries
  • 3/4 cup yogurt
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 vanilla
  • 1 baking powder
Method of preparation:

  1. Oil well shaken with sugar.
  2. Add one egg at a time, such as beating continued.
  3. Little by little, put the flour mixed with baking powder and vanilla, then yogurt.
  4. The resulting mixture was poured into a greased and scatter of flour pan.
  5. Cover with cherry, previously cleaned from stones and Oval in flour.
  6. Bake in moderate oven, not the fruit fall to the bottom.
