Great cake with cocoa and raisins - every time I do it, it is great! Try it :).
products:
4 eggs
250 g sugar
250 g flour
250 ml. milk
100 ml. cooking oil
2 lazh tea. cocoa
1 baking powder
2 vanillin
little raisins (about a handful)
Method of preparation:
Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites to snow and add a little sugar, then the egg yolks.
Alternately add milk, oil and Beat well with mixer. Finally, add the sifted flour and baking powder in a 2 vanillin.
In a bowl, spend a little of the dough and add 2 teaspoons cocoa.
Pour into a buttered and floured cake pan and put half of the white part, the brown part with cocoa and top pouring the rest of the white dough.
Raisins are finally put on the cake in the shape. Some remain above baked and crispy great, and the other fell into the dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
