Eggs Benedict


Recipe
Eggs Benedict - a delicious and nutritious snack.

Number of servings: 5 Difficulty: 2

Preparation time 15-20 minutes

products:

3 tortillas
6 eggs
6 thin slices of ham or bacon
2 tablespoons vinegar

Method of preparation:

In a deep pot boil water and add the vinegar.
Crush the eggs into the water one by one and reduce heat.
Allow the eggs to boil for 5 minutes.
Remove them with a slotted spoon to drain.
Cut buns in half and put them done.
On each half place a slice of ham or bacon, 1 egg wash and top with Hollandaise sauce.
Sandwich is served warm.
