Stuffed sweet cakes



products:

7 g dry yeast
100ml warm milk
'20 Sugar
pinch of salt
340 g flour
1 egg
1 egg yolk
130g soft butter
4 tbsp caster sugar

'60 Jam optional
preparation:

• Yeast is mixed with milk, sugar, salt, flour, and egg yolk.
• added to 80 g of butter.
• elastic dough is kneaded.
• Leave a warm place for 30 minutes.
• The dough is divided into 16 balls.
• Each ball is a hole and put 1/4 teaspoon jam.
• Adheres and reshapes in the form of a ball.
• Place in a buttered pan, leaving space between them.
• On top, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar.
• Leave to rise once more for 20 minutes.
• 50 g butter melts and is thoroughly oiled cakes.
• Bake in a preheated oven at 175 C for about 20 minutes.
• Stuffed sweet cakes per serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
