Pumpkin brownies

- for pumpkin mixture:
- 100g cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 piece vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- for brownie mix:
- 175 g milk chocolate, chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cupful of sugar
- 1 piece vanilla
- 2 eggs
- Half cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Method of preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Get a 20x20 square pan and put it zastelete with baking paper. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and brush the paper.
- For the pumpkin mixture: Beat cream cheese, pumpkin puree and sugar. Add the egg, flour, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix and set aside.
- For the brownie mixture: Place chocolate and butter in a saucepan and melt them in a water bath. Remove from heat and add sugar. Mix. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, stirring constantly. Add flour and baking soda and salt. Stir again.
- Pour half of the brownie mixture into the pan. Pour it on top of a strip pumpkin mix, a brownie mix and still a tape pumpkin mix, a brownie mix. With a pastry cutter Baffle strips in interesting circles.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Cooled to room temperature and cut into squares.
