Pumpkin brownies

Products:

Pumpkin brownies

  • for pumpkin mixture:
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 piece vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • for brownie mix:
  • 175 g milk chocolate, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cupful of sugar
  • 1 piece vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • Half cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Method of preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Get a 20x20 square pan and put it zastelete with baking paper. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and brush the paper.
  3. For the pumpkin mixture: Beat cream cheese, pumpkin puree and sugar. Add the egg, flour, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix and set aside.
  4. For the brownie mixture: Place chocolate and butter in a saucepan and melt them in a water bath. Remove from heat and add sugar. Mix. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, stirring constantly. Add flour and baking soda and salt. Stir again.
  5. Pour half of the brownie mixture into the pan. Pour it on top of a strip pumpkin mix, a brownie mix and still a tape pumpkin mix, a brownie mix. With a pastry cutter Baffle strips in interesting circles.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes. Cooled to room temperature and cut into squares.
