
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup white granulated sugar (vanilla)
2 and 1/2 cups flour
50 gr.maslo
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons cocoa
1/2 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 packet of baking powder
1 cup walnuts
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method of preparation:
1. Melted butter, honey and granulated sugar in a water bath until a uniform mixture. In another vessel, break up two eggs. They add cocoa and cinnamon, stir well and then add the melted mixture. Beat with a mixer.
2. Sifted flour mixed with baking soda and add to the liquid mixture, stirring by hand.
3. Pour the dough into a buttered and floured cake pan or regular pan.
4. Arrange nuts on top and bake for about 40 minutes in moderate oven.
5. Once cool sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
6. Get vanilla sugar in a jar with plain granulated sugar put for a few days stick vanilla.
7. Failing that we can replace it with two packets of vanilla in the mixture.
