Cake with apricot oil and crumbs

Products:

  • 6-7 apricots
  • For the dough:
  • '42 Yeast
  • 200 ml lukewarm milk
  • 500 g flour
  • '70 Sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 100 g butter
For the crumbs:
  • 125g softened butter
  • 125 g flour
  • '75 Ground almonds
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Method of preparation:

1 dough is prepared by the yeast is dissolved in a little milk. Add rest of the ingredients and mix a soft dough, which is left to rise in a warm place until doubled in size.

2 After the rise, the dough is mixed again, and allowed to rise for another 10 minutes. Then roll it into a circle the size of the tray plus 2-3 cm and placed on covered with baking paper bottom.

3 Crumbs were prepared products they mix well in a deep pot. This mixture was stirred for two long forks while forming crumbs.

4 Prick the dough in many places with a fork. Cleaned from stones and halved apricots are arranged on top of the dough and sprinkle with butter crumbs.

5 The dough is left to rise a bit more. Then cake bake 35-40 minutes in a preheated to 180 to 200 degrees oven.
