Cake "Colibri"

products:

3 cups flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups sugar
1 tsp saleratus
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3 large eggs
3/4 cup cooking oil
2 vanillin
1 can pineapple
For the cream:

500 g mascarpone
250 g butter
300 g caster sugar
150 ml fresh cream
Method of preparation:

Mix dry ingredients - flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, cinnamon, nuts.

Stir the eggs lightly, add the oil, vanilla, wrinkled, bananas and chopped pineapple. Finally put and 100 ml. juice from the can of pineapple.

Stir well with a spatula and cook two ponds at 180 degrees. Each cut in half and glued to the prepared mascarpone cream, butter, sugar and cream.

Decorate with nuts and dried pineapple flowers.
